In line with the Education Policy of the govt. of India, education will be a continues course of study. As such, the performance of the students will be reviewed throughout the year by conducting tests and examinations. Thus assessment will be a continues process, and will not be confined to the annual examinations alone.
Promotions are based on the average of the formative and summative assessments conducted throughout the year.
Progress report will be issued after each examination and unit test. The same is to be duly signed on the same day and returned.
Those students who obtain the qualifying grades (minimum grade D) in all the subjects as per the Scheme of Studies shall be awarded a Qualifying Certificate. Those who get Qualifying Certificates shall be eligible for admission in higher class. Those students who are not able to get minimum grade D in all the subjects as per the Scheme of Studies shall not be permitted for admission in higher classes.
The periodic report as well, as the final examination report will be withheld in case of pending payment of the fees to the school.
The decision of the Principal with regard to promotion after the Annual Examination will be final and will not be reconsidered under any pressure.
Similarly, the decision of the Principal with regard to fees, assessment of marks. Prize etc. will be final.
